Finally – some felt kits designed for older kids and teens!  We have designed and lasercut this cute felt bird bag kit.  You can enjoy following the guiding stitch holes to embroider koru designs on the wing and then stitch the bag together.  We’ve included everything you need.  A cotton tag and carabiner hook means you can hook the finished bag anywhere.

We have made a huge effort to create this kit from all natural materials.

Included in this kit:

  • 100% wool felt pieces.  We have lasercut these shapes so you always get a perfect result.
  • Cotton embroidery thread.
  • 2xlasercut plywood buttons
  • Metal needle
  • Metal needle threader
  • Aluminium carabiner hook
  • Cotton tape
  • Coloured rubber band for bag closure

All inside a cotton cloth bag that can be re-used for gifting.

*We have a suggested age of 11+ for this kit because it's more "free form".  You can see if your child will manage it by looking at our video tutorial available on this page:
